Training and assessment
Assessment includes knowledge testing and any practical or observed assessment required by the qualification specification.
Course structure
The SecurWise pathway is four days of security guarding training plus one day of Emergency First Aid at Work. Typical classroom hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Important: SIA licence-linked qualifications can include mandatory classroom attendance, practical training and assessment. Course delivery and licence requirements must follow the current qualification specification and SIA rules in force at the time of training.
